How Anong Digital Came to Be
Anong Digital started in 2019 when Wanchai Saengsuwan, a systems engineer with a background in enterprise software, began noticing a gap in the Bangkok market. Businesses were hearing a great deal about AI but were struggling to find advice they could trust — advice that was specific to their actual tools, presented without jargon, and not tied to a product sale.
He started by offering independent technical assessments to small and mid-sized companies in the Yan Nawa and Sathon districts. The work was straightforward: look at what a business already uses, explain honestly where an AI connection could add something, and let them decide from there.
Over time, a small team formed around that same way of working. Today, Anong Digital offers assessments, integrations, and ongoing support — all built on the same principle that nothing should happen in a client's systems without their knowledge and agreement.
We work in English and Thai, serve clients across Bangkok, and keep our team deliberately small so that each client has a named person to speak to.

Fifteen years in enterprise systems integration, with a focus on making technical decisions legible to non-technical stakeholders. Leads all assessment work at Anong Digital.

Integration Engineer
Builds API connections and integration workflows. Particular experience with CRM and customer-facing tools used by Bangkok businesses. Handles all Framed Integration projects.

Support & Reporting Engineer
Manages ongoing Clear-View Support clients and produces the monthly engineering reports. Known for clear explanations and prompt responses to client questions.

Written Findings
Assessment results are always delivered in writing, in plain language. You receive a document you can read, share, and refer back to — not a verbal summary at the end of a meeting.
Data Privacy
We document every data flow in any integration we build. Client data does not pass through our systems unnecessarily, and we operate in accordance with Thailand's PDPA framework.
Version-Controlled Builds
All integration code is version-controlled and documented. If we hand over a project, the next engineer — yours or ours — will be able to understand exactly what was built and why.
Direct Communication
No ticket queues or anonymous support addresses. Support clients write directly to their named engineer, who responds within one business day.
Independent Advice
We do not earn commission from AI platform providers. Our assessment recommendations are based on what fits your systems, not what we have a commercial reason to suggest.
Measured Pace
We do not push clients toward larger or faster engagements than are appropriate. Scope changes are discussed openly and agreed before any additional work begins.
