Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

- "Client" / "You"
- Any individual, organisation, or entity that accesses this website or engages us for a service.
- "Services"
- The AI integration assessment, implementation, and support services described on this website and agreed upon in a written engagement.
- "Agreement"
- These Terms and Conditions, together with any written service proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.
- "Deliverables"
- Any reports, integrations, documentation, or other outputs produced by us as part of an agreed service.
- "Website"
- The website operated at anongdig.blog and any associated pages.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.
For service engagements, a formal agreement is formed when both parties have signed or confirmed a written service proposal. These Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into every such proposal.
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. By engaging with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
3. Service Description
Anong Digital provides three focused AI integration services to businesses operating in Thailand and the wider region:
Transparent Review
A written assessment covering one to two of your existing systems, identifying where AI integration may be applicable. The report presents options without obligation; the direction remains yours.
Framed Integration
Design, build, testing, and handover of a single AI service integration into your tools. The scope, timeline (approximately five weeks), and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins.
Clear-View Support
Ongoing monthly maintenance, monitoring, and incremental improvement of your AI integrations. Includes a named engineer and a written monthly report.
Service availability is subject to our current capacity. We operate Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 ICT and Saturday 10:00–14:00 ICT. We reserve the right to decline any engagement without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Client Responsibilities
A successful engagement depends on reasonable cooperation from both parties. Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the agreed service scope
- Grant access to systems, credentials, and staff necessary for the work, where appropriate and within the agreed scope
- Review and respond to deliverables or queries within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays
- Ensure that any third-party systems or data shared with us are licensed for the intended use and free of obligations that would prevent integration work
- Use this website and any outputs solely for lawful purposes
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to access systems beyond the agreed scope, reverse engineering our methodology for resale, and providing false information to obtain services.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Materials
All content on this website — including text, design, methodology documentation, and code — is the property of Anong Digital and is protected under Thai intellectual property law. You may view and print materials for your own reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment for a completed engagement, intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for you (such as integration code and written reports) transfer to you. Reusable tools, libraries, or frameworks developed or adapted by us during the engagement remain our property, though we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them within the context of the delivered service.
Your Systems and Data
You retain all ownership of your existing systems, data, and workflows. We do not claim any rights over materials you provide to us in the course of an engagement.
6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB). We accept bank transfer and selected electronic payment methods confirmed at the time of engagement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month from the due date. We reserve the right to pause active work until overdue amounts are settled.
Refund Policy
For the Transparent Review and Framed Integration, work that has been completed and delivered is not refundable. If we are unable to complete a service due to circumstances on our side, we will refund any prepaid amount for work not yet performed. For Clear-View Support, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice; the current month's fee is non-refundable.
7. Service Delivery Terms
Scope Management
The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope during an engagement are discussed and confirmed in writing, and may result in an adjusted timeline or additional fee.
Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by factors outside our control — including late client responses, third-party API changes, or force majeure events — may extend the timeline without constituting a breach of these terms.
Confidentiality
We treat all client systems, data, and business information shared during an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose or use this information for any purpose outside the agreed service without your written permission. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
Handover
At the conclusion of a Framed Integration, we provide written documentation and a handover session to ensure your team can operate and maintain the integration independently.
8. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties regarding its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our services involve integrating third-party AI tools and APIs. We do not control the availability, pricing, or capabilities of these third-party services, and changes made by those providers may affect your integration after handover. We will advise you of any known upcoming changes that may be relevant.
Nothing in our assessments or reports constitutes a guarantee of specific commercial outcomes. The suitability and commercial value of an AI integration depends on many factors outside our control, including your business operations and how the integration is used.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits or business disruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anong Digital, its engineers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of deliverables, or your infringement of third-party rights in connection with our services. This obligation survives termination of any engagement.
11. Termination
By You
You may terminate a fixed-scope engagement by providing written notice. Work completed prior to termination is billable in full. For Clear-View Support, 30 days' written notice is required.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate an engagement with reasonable notice if payment is more than 30 days overdue, if you materially breach these terms, or if circumstances arise that make delivery impossible. In such cases, we will invoice for work completed to date.
Survival
Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment of amounts due, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of any agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct, good-faith discussion within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the issue in writing.
If informal resolution is not achieved, the parties may agree to seek mediation before pursuing formal proceedings. Any legal proceedings that are ultimately required will be brought in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We find that most matters can be resolved through open communication, and we will always make ourselves available to discuss concerns directly.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, a notice will be displayed on our homepage for at least 30 days.
Continued use of this website or ongoing service engagements after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active service agreements, changes to the core service terms will be communicated directly and will not apply retrospectively without your agreement.
