What does a Transparent Review actually cover?
We look at one to two of your current business systems — for example, a CRM, a data pipeline, or a customer communication tool — and identify where an AI service could be connected in a way that is practical and worthwhile. You receive a written report with honest notes on feasibility, approximate effort, and what each option would involve.
How long does a Framed Integration typically take?
Most integrations take around five weeks from the start of build work to handover. This includes connection setup, testing with your team, and preparing handover documentation. If your project is more complex, we will tell you that clearly at the assessment stage.
Do I need to replace my current software to use these services?
No. Our approach is to connect AI services to the tools you already use. We work with existing systems wherever possible, and we will tell you honestly if there is a case for changing something — but that is your decision, not ours.
What is included in Clear-View Support?
Each month you receive a performance report from your named engineer, covering how the integration is running, any issues that were addressed, and modest improvements made during that period. You can write to your engineer directly with questions — there is no anonymous support queue.
How are the service prices structured?
The Transparent Review is ฿4,700, the Framed Integration is ฿10,800 as a project fee, and Clear-View Support is ฿17,300 per month. There are no hidden fees. If scope changes, we discuss that with you openly before any additional cost is incurred.
How do I know what you are doing with my data?
Transparency is central to how we work. We document what data flows through any integration, why it is needed, and where it goes. Our Privacy Policy explains our data handling practices in full, and you can always ask your engineer for clarification at any stage.
